Laura Orsini is a recent graduate of the University of Toronto, having double majored in Ethics, Society and Law and Political Science, while also minoring in Philosophy. Over the course of her studies, Laura worked as a Legislative Usher at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. Here, she observed legislative proceedings in close proximity and gained insight into the practical administration of government during the COVID-19 pandemic. These experiences have helped develop and mold her skills giving her an acute sense of how government thinks and operates. During a gap year, Laura aspires to learn more about the interactions between government and non government actors before returning to her studies at the London School of Economics, where she has been accepted to complete a Masters degree in Political Theory.
